Quick Start
Get up and running with OpsKitty in under 2 minutes.
- 1
Create your account
Go to opskitty.com/auth and sign up with your email. No credit card needed.
- 2
Create an organization
An organization is your workspace. Give it a name (e.g., your company name) and a slug. You can create more orgs later and invite teammates to each one.
- 3
Add your first website
Go to Dashboard → Websites → Add Website. Enter a name (e.g., "My App") and the root URL (e.g.,
https://example.com). A website is a logical container for the endpoints you want to monitor. - 4
Add an endpoint
Inside your website, click Add Endpoint. The defaults (HTTP GET, 60-second interval, 30-second timeout) work for most use cases. Click Test to verify the endpoint is reachable, then save.
- 5
Set up an alert (optional)
Go to your endpoint and add an alert. Email alerts are available on every plan. Enter your address, set the failure threshold (default 3 consecutive failures), and enable "notify on resolved" to get a follow-up when the endpoint recovers.
- 6
View your status page
Go to Dashboard → Status Page. OpsKitty creates a public status page for your organization automatically. Add your website as a component so visitors can see its current health.
