Microsoft Teams Integration

Send monitoring alerts to a Microsoft Teams channel.

Plan requirement: Microsoft Teams alerts require the Growth plan or above.

Setup

    In Microsoft Teams, navigate to the channel you want alerts in. Click the ... menu and select Connectors.

    Search for Incoming Webhook, click Configure, give it a name (e.g., "OpsKitty"), and click Create.

    Copy the webhook URL and click Done.

    In OpsKitty, open an endpoint, go to Alerts → Add Alert, select Teams, and paste the webhook URL.

What the alert looks like

Alerts appear as Adaptive Cards in the Teams channel, showing the endpoint name, URL, status, region, failure reason, and timestamp. Recovery notifications show the total incident duration.

Note: Microsoft has announced that the legacy Office 365 Connectors (used for Incoming Webhooks) will be retired. If your connector stops working, check Microsoft's documentation for the updated workflow-based webhook configuration.
