Upgrading or downgrading
Go to Organization Settings → Billing and click Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If a downgrade would put you over the new plan's limits, OpsKitty will prompt you to reduce your websites or endpoints first.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from Organization Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then automatically downgrades to the free plan. No data is deleted immediately — you retain access to your history within free plan limits.
Invoices
Invoices are available in Organization Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF. For Enterprise customers, invoice-based billing (net 30) is available — contact us to set this up.
