“Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0” program is an initiative by the Employee’s Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), the program is held on every 27th of the month. The program aims at enhancing the communication with employees, pensioners, and other stakeholders. It is a nationwide outreach program. This monthly event is held in over 700 districts across india.
On this 27th september, the program continued with its district level camps offering services like online claims filing, grievance redressal, and providing pension related assistance to pensioners under EPS '95.
The program focussed on the usual issues such as resolving grievances, providing a help desk for services such as online filing and facilitated real time problem solution.
In case if any grievances were not resolved they were registered for future to conduct a follow up and would be given priority in the upcoming months.
They collaborated with ESIC, which is Employees State Insurance Corporation where they focused on resolving employee concerns and other things. They provided important cservices such as DLC that is Digital Life Certificate.
Speial camps were held all over India.
The program also deals with raising awareness among stakeholders, employees and pensioners. This regular conduction of the event promotes better management and support for the benefit of the employee.
